Are any other GR users having problems with messages going out blank?
It's been happening to me for about 3 days now, and is getting more
frequent.

Had a similar message - but for a different problem - weeks ago.
Still waiting.
My main problem is the amount of non valid HTML on their pages, which
upsets my (non-Microsoft) browser. On one page alone, 166 errors

I don't have many problems with their pages apart from trees which I
hardly ever look at.
They are certainly amongst the messiest pages that I have seen on the
WWW and have got worse since the sale to ITV.

Interesting that, since their response to me was :

I am really sorry for this ongoing problem with blank messages. Our
technical team are working hard to replicate the problem and fix it as
quickly as they can. We are hoping it will be fixed as soon as
possible.

I had two in one day recently. They were the only ones I have had in
several years of using GR, so I presume it's a recent problem.

I've had this happen to me three times in the last week or so. I've now
started to check each message as it appears my Sent folder, to see if
it's got anything in it :-(

I had one last week and 3 yesterday. The other sympton I have of this is
that I don't get a reminder by e-mail that I've been contacted with the
blank ones. ( I usually get one) Just by chance I noted I had 3 messages
waiting. Have responded to the 3 concerned with my e-mail address to send me
direct

Yes, it happened to me about a week or so ago. I think that was only
the first or second time I've used the service and only sent one since,
so not qualified to comment on how often it happens!

I first noticed last weekend and reported to them. I have been away for
the last week so had about a dozen messages to reply to, I managed to
get off the replies late last night and all went out OK and some more
this morning though I see messages from people still having problems.
