Not sure if that's entirely true: on the 1851 search page there's
an "extensive"(?) list of problems:

I can't get that link to work for some reason, but the 1851 search page
I get to shows a list of pieces known to be missing from the census.
What it doesn't show is a list of pieces that Ancestry "forgot" to scan
or "forgot" to index.

Up to a couple of months ago, they used to respond to queries on their
"United Kingdom and Ireland" message board. L. Brown (or sometimes
another Ancestry employee) would normally acknowledge any problem, and
it would eventually be fixed. There is now no feedback from and
Ancestry staff at all. Consequently, people have stopped posting about
these errors, and they don't become apparent to other users.

Shoreditch/Hackney/Hoxton/Haggerston/Mile End.

Several families I'm fairly certain were in that general
area have not shown up despite trying every creative trick I
know to look for mistransciptions
