Malvary J Cole...
How does one get names added to the index, that are missing. I was looking
for Emma Sutton and family in 1891. Found her in 1881 and 1901 so then
checked for the family who were living next door in 1891. They are included
in the index (George Taplin, born 1841 in Blockley, Worcester - who is also
"one of mine") (Emma was a Taplin and is George's sister), but Emma, her
husband Jesse (spelled Jessie) and son George are not listed.

Eve McLaughlin...
If i am clear on this, you have not found the Suttons, so you would not
be submitting a correction, but a supposition that the couple are alive,
in England, in that same area, all of which could be wrong.
However, have you tried Lutton (S & L are very often confused). then
Tutton, Linton, Hutton, Satton, Silton etc. In fact, put in Emma and an
approx age, then Jesse and approx age etc and they may emerge easily.

I was going to send in a message but it says it can only accept submissions
for alternate names. This is clearly not an alternate name, but a missing

Steven Gibbs...
They are there and misindexed as Jessie LUTTERS, etc..

Steven Gibbs
Bedford

Malvary J Cole...
Thanks Steve - I'll double check that, and then send in a change of name.

Hugh Watkins...
don't send it but post it using the alternate namse dialogue box
it will be added to the datbase index when the current total of
alternate namse reaches 500

you may also post the full name where middle names are known to you

happy new year
