Lookup Please - Surname Cook

I have not been able to find the names of Richard Cook parents. He
was born in 1839 in Bethnal Green.

I would appreciate any assistance please.

The only way of finding his parents would be to get the birth
certificate, unless you have access to the parish registers and can
locate his baptism, assuming he was CofE. His father's name would be

My experience of baptisms of that period is that one gets mother's
given name.

From this information, with such a common name the only way
(and far and away the best way) to get this info with
certainty is simply to order his birth certificate. Will
give father's name & occupation and mother's maiden name.
