That's a bit of an own goal, particularly as that page appears twice on the
film, once with the slip of paper and once with the slip folded back.
They've dumped the wrong image in the waste bin.

However, all is not lost :-)

You know the page number of the offending page (218).

Try going to the FreeBMD images at;

Thanks, Dave. I didn't need to look for it on FreeBMD, though, as the
information that I needed was visible even on the duff page. I have
reported it to Ancestry, though.


select 1887, Births, September, A-Z

If you look down the list, we have 218 and 218a

218a is the frame as at Ancestry, 218 has the slip folded back.
