1891 census - missing COLES family

Can anyone find my missing COLES family on the 1891 census?

William Henry Augustus COLES born about 1869 in Bristol (probably
Bedminster)
Ellen COLES (wife) born 1859 Birmingham, WAR
Ethel Ellen COLES (dau) born 1889 Bedminster, SOM
William Henry A COLES (son) born 1890 Weston Super Mare, SOM

I can find them in 1901, by which time they were living in Cheltenham.

Any sightings much appreciated

Ancestry have indexed their surname as SMITH, but it is clearly COLES on the
image.

No sign of William Sr. with them, though.
