In the 1881 census there were 161 Dudleys in Bedfordshire. It had the
highest relative percentage of people with the surname - 107 in every
100,000 - in the UK (*source Surname Atlas). I tend to doubt they
were all related to one another, so if you expect any sensible
replies I suggest you try being a bit more specific about names,
dates and places.
