Präts ??

There is no difference in pronouncing Praetz or Präts.
The only difference is in spelling.

But:
In 2001 there were
0 (zero) Präts
in the German phone directory.
But there are other similar spellings like
Pretz, Pratz and so on.

I am sure that the name Praets , Praats is orginaly from Belgium .
In +/- 1750 some people named Praets left Belgium and went to Elzas
Lotharingen . ..... and even to Denmark , and Estonia .....
