I need some help translating an "Atti Di Matrimonio".

Last name is SAIA Concetta....

Sono le copie degli atti di nascita degli sposi, due certificati di
stato libero degli stessi, le pubblicazioni e il certificato di
eseguita trascrizione rilasciato da questo ufficio.
A quest'atto sono presenti lo sposo, la sposa e i due testimoni che
confermano quanto sopra.
Letto il presente atto agli intervenuti essi l'hanno messo
sottoscritto.

I was able to make the picture larger.

I was able to read most of it but wasn't able to figure out the wife's
last name and what the last part that is written out says.

I think the surname is SAIA
the last part is related to the papers that the spouses brought:
the copies of birth acts of both, the papers certifying the "stato
libero" of both (i.e. they are not married), the certificate of
transcription.
Then it says that the act has been written and confirmed by all those
present.
