If Cecily were the daughter of Hamon Massy V instead of Hamon Massy VI then
why would Thomas Fitton have an interest in the settlement made by Hamon Massy
VI with Oliver de Ingham when there were other heirs of Hamon Massy VI
living? It seems that for Thomas Fitton and his wife Isabell Orreby to have an
interest in the Massy-Ingham settlement then Isabell's mother Cecily Massy
must be Cecily, eldest daughter of Hamon VI. Thanks for any input.
