Many thanks for putting these references on your website. It took me a
little while to figure out how to access the books. Perhaps, you should
advise our Non USA members. I first accessed the website proxify, then
went to your page and clicked the desired book.

Yes - for the web-search Book links elsewhere on the site I do provide a little
link to a page of hints and tips, including information about access from
outside the USA, but for some reason I decided not to clutter up the updates
page with the little links. I've made a note to include them on the updates
page as well in the future.

Again many thanks Chris. I know you put a lot of hard work in getting
these online.

search as well.
