Am searching for information on the last name of HUSKA. The patriarch (my
great grandfather), Matthew HUSKA was born about 1880, we think in
either Prague
or Bratislava, his wife's maiden name was either Marie Duroska, or Mary
Zuroska, born around 1880, probably in Bratislava. They immigrated

English. Put surname in Last Name block, and Prague in city, and choose
Prague in pull-down menu for Phone Area.

Bratislava. The site is in Slovak, so put surname in Meno block, and town
in Mesto block. Then click on first choice below of Vyhl'adat'.

in the late 1800s or early 1900s, settling in the state of New Jersey
and it is
believed that they married before they immigrated. Matthew had a brother
named Peter, but I have no information on him other than he
immigrated to either
Connecticut or Massachussetts, U.S.A., probably around the same time as
Matthew.

The HUSKA family isn't well-known for being forthcoming with information,
even though I've tried, and I can't get anything through Ancestry.com. If you
could get me started in some direction I would relaly appreciate it.
