It's definitely Boleslaw Mozelowski.
As for the town, it doesn't look Polish to me either, and I couldn't
find anything in my favorite world gazetteer that resembled it closely
enough.
However, I looked at the other page of the manifest and saw that
wherever Boleslaw came from is in the Lomza area. Perhaps that will be
some help in tracking down the town.

Yes, I suspect he is from that area. I'll have to continue looking at
towns in the area, and see if any might match.

BTW, do you have any info on Boleslaw's brother? I found a "Walentin
Mozin" who arrived from Lomza on May 12, 1893 and went to Pennsylvania.
I noted that the manifest for Boleslaw said he was going to his brother
W. Mozelowski in Bethlehem, PA. Maybe a little further research on
Walentin (assuming that he is indeed Boleslaw's brother) would yield a
better spelling of that town name?

No info on his brother, until I saw this entry I didn't even know he had
a brother! My mother is going to ask my grandmother about it, and see
if it rings any bells.
I did find a Wladisl. Modzelewski who arrived May 17, 1895, another
likely candidate. No evidence of him in the census records. I would
think that this brother *should* be showing up in the 1910 census for
Bethlehem. Of course there is no telling how the census worker mangled
his name :-(

[...] The second is "Hozewnorm", from an Ellis Island record. That sure
doesn't look Polish to me ;-) The Ellis Island record in question is
for Boledan Mozdowski if anyone would care to look at the original
manifest. There's only one of him there. Even to my untrained eye, I can
make out that the first name is definately Boleslaw, and the last name
looks more like Mozelowski, it is more clearly that when you look at the
name of the person he's going to stay with, his brother.
