German police are hunting for breast enlargement cheats. Several women using
false names obtained breast enlargements in Cologne, then skipped without
paying. The complaining doctor, Dr Michael Koenig, did not have a picture of
the women, but he did have pictures of the enlarged breasts of one cheat.
Bild published the breast pictures in the hopes they would be recognized and
reported to the police.

Keep a sharp lookout and if you see these breasts tell the police.

"before" photos.

Hmm. Considering that the story broke in Bild, do you suppose it is a hoax,
an infomercial for the cosmetic surgeon?
