I wanted to follow up as I was intrigued by PEIX after your note
earlier.

I would not buy and would sell anything I had were I you. Great deal
of selling from the corporate officers on Edgar as these prices are
going up.

I seldom make calls on what I see here. But, this one was so obvious
and I did not want to sit on it knowing Connie was holding positions.
I hope she sold it all at or near the top.

It is a bit risky to share insights here because someone is always
going to monday morning quarterback the poor call.

I really wish we could get a few folks who are interested in the
market engaged in some real and continuing dialogue!

BTW, I have been slowly buying some of my favorite large caps (blue
chips) for almost a year. I spent a good deal of money last week as
others were running for the hills. If they are selling in 15-17 range
(generally) on PE I look at them. I listed about half of those I like
here recently but like to share and not just be Santa Clause.

Just click on the number "4" under the "Form" column as these are
mostly sells by chief officers. They are selling a great deal of
stock and to me looks like they are releasing them in manner to push
market up. i.e. they are playing the market it appears to me. Start
with 4/20/06 transactions Connie. The D indicates disposed of shares.

I am not saying this stock is not going to double again. I am saying
the officers of the compay are very eagar to sell of blocks of 600 to
1000 and have released as many as 50 such sales in a single SEC
report. They don't see the value of holding their stock!
