Bill Moyers - A Time for Heresy

I know that Bill Moyers is the epitome of Liberal enlightenment but in
this paper (click on link below to read), he makes charges that appear
actionable in court. If true, there must surely be action that the
Attorney General can take?

If untrue, why have we not heard of lawsuits for defamation?

It's unfortunate that Moyers can't seem to write in terms that the
average man on the street can identify with. He is altogether to
civilized and erudite.

It's kind of difficult to try to stand up for one's friends (that's
you guys in the USA) when they seem to condone this kind of thing by
inaction.
