Sam went to see his doctor, and took a chair in the waiting room.
As he sat there his friend Sol walked in, and saw him sitting there.
Sol was a notorious stutterer.
" H-H-Helllo S-a-ammmm, n-n-nice to see-ee-ee you. Wha-wha what
are y-y-youu d-d-doing h-h-here at the d-d-doct--doctors?"
I'm here for a prostate examination.""
"Wha-wha-whats tha-tha-tha-that?" asked Sol
"Well,"said Sam, "It seems, I pee the way you talk."

There doesn't seem to be so many stutterers around these days as way
back in the fourties.

For Nocturia (sleep interrupted by frequent urination) one 200mg
tablet of Ibuprofen is very helpful for me -- as long as it doesn't
also burn a hole in my stomach, which in my case it seems to want to
do. I can go 4 - 7 hours without having to crawl out of bed to pee. A
larger dose of Ibuprofen does the trick if I have to sit through a
long movie or theatrical event.
I pointed this out to my urologist who seemed surprised. He
recommended I also try an aspirin -- which I did, and found it to be
worthless, at least for me. Unfortunately, for reasons relating to
suppression of a hormone called Prostaglandin, Ibuprofen can also
cause pretty severe stomach problems.
