Help please

My friend is having trouble with her laptop. When she is sending an e-mail
and presses send it says it is in the draft box, then when she closes down
it says she has unsent messages does she want to send them.

Are you sure the mails aren't in her outbox *not* drafts folder ? I know I
get a warning if there is mail in my outbox but not if it's in the drafts

Perhaps it was in her outbox, she just sent me a message no real details,
but why should it go in her outbox and not send? any ideas please.

I remember having this when I first started on my pooter but I have
forgotten how to get them to send without going in the draft box!!

Jackie tell her to go to Tools - Options - send - see if she has got a
tick in the Send immediately box - if not, that is what is needed.
