etc. - we are back again. Always sad to leave them, but thats the way

things are.... We're both sporting a nice tan - a sort of pale terracotta in
my case- OH looks about fifteen years younger with his. Found out the new
neighbours have moved inand met them-- they're really nice.. turns out we

the Rhodies and Azaleas in Cumbria this time. Have seen many more there in
previous years. The daughters' gardens were lovely, sat out listening to
blackbird singing its heart out, at the other we all (about 14 of us)
gathered for an al fresco evening meal in the garden, table almost
groaning -everyone brought something, sunny until late. The bird that I
thought used to follow us around whenever we went away (i.e shouting "Yer
Dir-tee") are wood-pigeons, I was told. They are everywhere, not just
hovering over my home washing-line!!
