I'm looking for a link which someone posted recently.
It was a link to a website with a funny bit about ordering
pizza. The caller was asked all sorts of questions.
The pizza person had all sorts of information on file
about that person. It was an exaggerated example of
how our our privacy being invaded.
Can anyone direct me to that website?
I want to send the link to someone.

Yes! That's the link! Thanks very much, Len!
I'm going to send it to DH, who's on his laptop.
right next to me. (g) He was remarking how the
newspaper delivery people knew our address
without us telling them, when DH telephoned them
that the newspaper hadn't been delivered today.

Caller Line Identification (CLI) linked to a database of their customers.
Alternatively, they recognised his voice, and actually know their customers.

So he'll get a kick out of that URL/link.
BTW, What was the name of the thread it was on?
I searched and searched and couldn't find the thread.
Frustrating! (g)

Thank you, Sandra. But this leads to another mystery. (g)
It turns out that I hadn't downloaded any of that thread here
at SISU. So I must have seen it somewhere else.
I see that Frogman says he nicked it from another group.
I wonder what that group was.
Or perhaps someone sent it to me in an e-mail.
Anyway, now I realize why I couldn't find the thread.
I was searching through my downloaded messages only.
It's nice to solve a mystery, even half way! (g)
Thanks again for your help.
