Tyke...
We are having some visitors today.

As you might know we have two Bedlington Terriers.

A young couple have just bought a Bedlington pup and wants to know how to
groom it.

The breeder lives miles away so he mentioned me.

To cut a Bedlington properly is a hard task and takes lots of practice.

BunnyHare...
Gosh, your fame is spreading. Good luck with the grooming

Tyke...
It went very well thanks.
Bart, our oldest was desperately in need of a clip and is a very well behaved
subject.
I did him top to toe with plenty of explanations to the new Bedlington
owners.
I also clipped their pup called Molly, the new owners had a go with the
clippers and did realise it is quite a task that needs a lot of practice.

Lovely people :-)
I think we did help and gave them some confidence and a lot of knowledge in
general.
It's hard to find practical advice here as the Bedlington population is very
small.

Was watching Crufts and saw the Bedlingtons, Noreen was on Skype with me
at the time and we both said "Those are like Russell's dogs."

Tyke...
LOL

I was in the UK when it was on - I asked someone to tape the Terrier show
but I never got around to seeing it :-(

noreen...
Yes I remember Barb , they are lovely dogs and am sure they are terriers at
heart ;-))))

I'm no expert, I hope I can pass on the basics.

I feel honoured to be asked.

My two dogs are not cut to "fussily"

Wanna see some Bedlingtons???

They may look like lambs but there is the strong heart of a terrier in
there - just let them see a cat or rabbit!! (not Sandra)

Rabbit...
Just as well you clarified that :-)
