Morning all, I am looking into buying a rose name as a present.
It looks like they end you a packet of the seeds, information and a form to
send back to name the rose after someone.
I was looking into it yesterday, and I am now unsure if you can only apply
for the name after you have grown the rose.
I would like to name it now,
I just wondered if anyone has done this?
How long would the seeds take to grow?

I have a rose in my garden that I've called a few names every time I
get a bl**dy thorn in my hand. :-(

I named a rose that is growing in my garden when I got one of it's
thorns in my finger.
Won't tell you what I called it but it wasn't nice :o)

Thanks for the links Grannie Annie, they look like the real McCoy, too
expensive for me.
The ones I had seen where 'kits' for around £20.
Thanks again.

LOL, very understandable

That's a shame. You'll have to graft and grow your own, then you can
name it what you like.
