ta for the wishes

Thank you to those who sent birthday wishes for my daughter. She has
left now to join her fella and some friends for a bit of a do this
evening.
Sandra asked about the ring. No photo yet, I'm afraid. Did try one but
the reflection off the gold meant you couldn't really see it. Will have
another try in daylight after the weekend
As I told you she doesn't like diamonds/gemstones so it is a gold
friendship band (not dis-similar to a wedding ring) with a pattern
engraved on it. They plan that this will also be the wedding ring when
they will have it engraved with their names and the date. He says he
