This afternoon OH said to me "Will you remind me later, to." His attention
was diverted for about 10 seconds. Then I asked "What was it you wanted me
to remind you, later?" He thought for a moment and said -- "I don't know -
I can't remember" !!!! That is the truth. Well I know the hot weather is
getting to all of us, but..... Another favourite of his is "Er, what
was I going to say to you"... Now- as if hed need to say it if I already
knew. !! Anyone else have conversations like these??

Yep. The ones that annoy me are the one where hubby tells me something he
only told me an hour ago, but he is learning. He now starts off by saying
"Stop me if I've told you this"

And it's not just with Himself either. Daughter is the same and even
does it on text!
I got a text the other day - Please remind me what I have to tell you

Every day, Marg. My usual is "I forgot what I was about
to say. Did I say something a minute ago?" I also will walk
into a room & bellow to my wife, " Do you have any idea why
I'm in here?" I get various answers, most of which are loaded
with sarcasm. :)
