Anybody got any spare rain ?

Just walked back from Asda, it is still very hot out in the sun. We could
do with a good thunderstorm here, so could you all please blow one down our

Loads of it up here. Flash floods a couple of days ago and all our
reservoirs are overflowing. Surplus is being channelled down the river Don
and onwards eventually into the North Sea - so you can pick up our excess
water from there. :)

Apparently your local water board refused to send tankers or build a
pipeline to us saying it was too expensive. :)

Lol, well you could well have blinked and missed it PF!! We had similar
yesterday, just long enough for me to pick up the radio and my mobile phone
from the garden table and move it inside the back door... by the time I'd
turned back to my spade, it had stopped lol.
