It's a bit brighter here today than yesterday and though grey, as yet no wet

through the grey, it's still quite mild out there too.

It was down to -2°C and there was ice on the roads and the water in all
three of my birdbaths was still frozen solid at midday yesterday.

Spent a lot of the last week in bed. Spent a lot of the last two days
catching up with the things I didn't get done when I was in bed. I'm ready
for a couple of days in bed now to recover. Don't get paid if I don't go
though.
The painful joints are a lot better, though the tonsils are still a little

My excuse? Since I had this bug I have been sleeping 8 or 9 hours a
night - far more than is usual for me. - so I Guess I must be getting
better and four hours was enough sleep
