A friend of mine requires some web space. Any recommendations?
I have heard of hosts that can divide your space up, so that one could host
several web sites on the space alloted. Is this possible?

Haven't done it myself but, yes, I believe that it is possible.

Not sure quite what you want to do here..............can't you just keep
different sites in different folders on the server...........or am I missing
the point? :)

That is exactly what I mean. It's all to do with breadth and width I
suppose. What's the point in having masses of hosting space when one only
wants to display a couple of pages?
It would be ideal to have one's own webspace and allot it the way one sees
fit?
Sorry about the confusion; I'm new to this. I've just created a samll
website for a friend and I'm wondering what the best options are?
