Crossed fingers worked

Thank you all. It worked. Mum arrived at North Cambs at 6.10pm. So went to
see her. The nurses were all very cheerful and kind to Mum. She is in a ward
with 5 others. She seems happy to be there. No Pay as you view TVs - I

Sorry I came in a bit late to cross my fingers but so glad that everything
has worked out so well. You will be much happier now and much easier for
you to get to see her

suppose as it is a rehab ward they do not want patients sitting/lying and
watching TV all day. there are day rooms and other rooms where they can
learn to do things again. I can now pop in and visit after I have been
shopping etc. So that is a lot better.

Great news, you must be so relieved. Has her infection cleared up now Shaz
and is she more aware of what is going on? It must be so hard to see her
confusion over it all, so fingers now crossed that she can settle and get
used to it.
