Was nearly over there with me screwdriver to troubleshoot the problem.

Glad you didn't Bram, I think the muffled sound problem was because we
hadn't got the earphones on right LOL
They are the funny ones that go at the back of the head,when Jack was
speaking to you they kept falling off down the back of his neck, he later
discovered that the curved bit goes behind your ears to keep them on LOL
