Back from breezy Blackpool!!

yep ! had a lovely time, this morning was the coldest, it has been
sun and high winds didn't bother me cos it is a lovely Hotel and was warm
and loads
of great food and lots of nice people.
Couldn't get any Rock cos most of the shops where closed but did manage some
humbugs if you will share ;-)))

That's right Pam !! but i seldom go down into Blackpool !! and just before I
went
i had damaged my heel somehow it was very painful when i walked .
I eventually got a Scholl thing for inside my shoe ,and it helped very much
only
wish I had got it earlier.

Those Scholl things are great for any part of a foot that hurts. They seem
to know what they're doing. Next time put it in as soon as it starts to hurt
cos sure as eggs is eggs it will start hurting again after a while:(
