Can't keep up

Went shopping yesterday with SWMBO at Tesco's.
On the shelves in the bakery dept. I found lots and lots
of hot cross buns.
I wonder if they where left over from last Easter or they
are early for next Easter.

This morning we got a leaflet through the door, again from
Tesco, telling us that Chr****as is getting near and we should
all be getting ready for it.

Is it time for TH to go into hiding already ??

RSPCA Christmas catalogue received a few days back. I seriously find this
quite despicable.

Surprisingly the RSPB one hasn't arrived yet - I think it usually comes with
the Autumn issue of their quarterly magazine - that'll be August probably
I usually order my Chr*****s cards from them in October. OK TH you can slap
my wrist. LOL

I've cancelled my direct debit to the RNLI because of similar nonsense.
Will be doing the same to any of my other subscribed charities sending me
Christmas stuff this summer.

All saved money will go to my local animal rescue home where we got Ben
from.

Hot X Buns, methinks, are sold all year round.
As for Xmas - I used to be upset when my local Tesco started putting
wrapping paper etc out over August Bank Holiday - I am totally shocked to
think they are doing now, in July!!

We have become so commercialised it is frightening.
