Rabbit...
Has anybody tried the tiny bottle brushes for your teeth ? My dentist gave
me a sample last month, I meant to mention them then but I forgot till I
went down there this morning to buy some, my samples needing replaced. They
are just tiny bottle brushes and come in various sizes. I did see some in
Boots but the dentist has a much wider variety of sizes and I believe in
this case size does matter :-) They are far better IMHO than floss, it's
amazing what they get out from between your teeth.

Jackie...
I will look out for them Sandra, a friend uses them and says how good they

Bottle brushes:-) Do you have glass teeth? Is this the product? I've been
using them for years.

Rabbit...
That's them but I can't see the price. Under where it says price all I see
is *undefined0undefined*. Can anybody else see the price please?

Doesn't it say £2-50 for a pack of 8 ?
and £21-75 for 10 packs/

Rabbit...
Nope it says wot I posted here :-P I was just wondering if they were cheaper
online but there's not really at that price.

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Yep 10 for £3-25 is a tad cheaper than 8 for £2-80, especially if one has
to pay p&p as well.

Derek.

are, your post has reminded me, thanks.

All this chat reminded me that I only have one brush left, and my next
dental appointment is next month. So I've just walked down to the dentist
and bought another 10 pack - at as cost of £3-25.

Rabbit...
That's the same ones I got from my dentist £2.80 for eight brushes. There
only appears to be eight in your pack too.

I use the 0.4mm diameter one. I checked and they had them in sizes from 0.4

Rabbit...
Mine are yellow and 0.7mm.

mm to 1.3 mm

Aries...
Afternoon Sandra :) I've not heard of bottle brushes for teeth before!

Splodge...
I use these every day now Sandra, and especially after I had a lot of
periodontal work done a couple of years ago.

You can get all sizes, and they're graded by the colour of the handle of the
brush. I use orange, green and grey. You can get them from all dentists -
even if you're not their patient - and they cost about £2 for a packet of
ten of the same size brush. Yes, size does matter, so your dentist should
have given you a sample of each of the colours. (plus blue, yellow, red,
purple and pink)

Rabbit...
Oh he had a fiddle with several sizes before settling on the yellow which
fits all my teeth ( or should that be the gaps). One gap is slightly tight
for the yellow but it usually does OK, well so far it hasn't got stuck.

In fact, I've got loads here my dentist gave me to try out and I've never
used. I can send you a sample of every colour there is if you email your
snail mail addy to ilove dot chocolate at ntlworld dot com.

Rabbit...
Thanks but I'll maybe leave that offer to somebody who hasn't tried them
since I have got it sussed.

Much better to try them all for size before ordering and paying for 'em!

Rabbit...
Yes definitely. In fact I really wouldn't buy them without getting advice
from the dentist.

Sound good tho :D

Foxy at w**k...
I will ask my dentist as I have an appointment next week, sounds good

IIRC, I tried them once. The metal in them hit the nerves
of my teeth and it was painful. So I never wanted to
try them again.
