Is Plus net having probs?

My Daughter has 2 Pooters and a lap top with wireless connection
and internet went off about an hour ago they have tried reset on the back of
the modom and turned all off and nothing has happened !! wonder if any one
else having probs . Still if they were wouldn't be able to say ;-))))If any
one has any ideas please?

I gather several people this evening have had some Disconnections
while using Plusnet?

back then that will (probably) have reset it to *factory settings* and
may well need set up again. I'm no expert though.

Normally, with *most* Routers just Pressing the [ReSet] Button
simply *ReBoots* it & all the Settings (UserName & PassWord etc,)
are maintained.

It's only a "Hard ReSet" that takes it back to the "Factory Defaults"
& would mean you have to Set the Settings up again.

& to do a "Hard ReSet", you have to do more than just Press the
Button & release it.

You usually have to Press it & *Hold* it for several Seconds,
before Releasing it, or Press it & Hold it, while Turning the Power
Off & then back on again.
