My son, 45 in six weeks time, took part in the BUPA Great South Run at
Portsmouth today. His time was 1.09.17 for the the ten miles. Very well
linedancer...

I am - and to think he was overweight and sedentary a few years ago, now
he runs every day and works out in the gym at his workplace every morning
before he goes to his desk :)
