Hobbled round the hamster wheel with a tens machine doing sterling w*rk.
Muscle has gorn into spasm, so it looks like another day of beign 'wired
up' tomorrow. Maybe a visit to the osteopath later in the week if it
doesn't improve.

Jackie, I think I love you lol !you have the most wonderful ideas! I am
having a few days off at the end of the month, cos The Gooses are flying

Walter and the BYT here today it looks a beautiful day and it feels like one
at the front window. However there's a chill in the air out there, no breeze
at all so I guess the air is travelling over Arran and she has her white hat
on. I know there are hills south of me covered in white this morning, a
friend can see them from her daughter's flat,and she tells me they've never
really been clear for weeks. So that's two out of four directions I could be
getting the chilly air from. The question is now do I brave the chill and
play in the garden ? It's really the sort of day which says * go for a run
in the car to somewhere nice* but that's something I tend to avoid with the
schools still on holiday so the garden might win, aches and pains and all.
Did I mention my aches and pains???:-)

I'll say it's not. We had a very heavy frost last night, so heavy it
looked like snow!! Last time we had a frost that heavy was in
January.

We have Walter and the BYT although it's still quite cold.
Been very frosty overnight - the puddles outside are all frozen over.
Had a great sleep and, for a change, I have woken at the right time for a
normal human being!

Morning from a very sunny but also a *snowy* Surrey! We drove home at about
nine last night and it was 4.5deg and raining quite hard. By midnight it
was snowing and beginning to settle. At just after two, everything was

You have certainly had an assortment of weather ~Linda~ I wondered why you
were up at those ungodly times and hope you cold/flu soon clears-up. Take it
easy.

really? It kept me amused as I wandered about in the night, lol.

white... and still snowing. At quarter to four, it turned to rain but there
is still quite a lot of snow on grass etc this morning. Roads more or less
clear and melting quickly when the sun hits it, it is now nearly 5deg.
I have the female equivalent of a *man cold* lol, which is why I didn't get
much sleep. Dosing up and getting on with it today, I've got lots to do if
I can stay awake. :-)

And yes it is officially spring although some areas south of the Thames had
snow overnight. Up to 5 inches in places.

Mornin'. Really bright and sunny here today - but still chilly.
Not a cloud in sight, and indoors, behind the glass it's nice and warm,
but still some of that frozen hail inshaded areas outside. There was a
really heavy frost at 06-00, so much so, that his nibs ventured out on to
the top step for approximately 1 minute and decided that it was wiser to
come back in and return to bed, where he stayed until 10-00. Now he's
back on his step, sunbathing with Fudge.
