There will be a solar eclipse today, visible in much of the UK

I heard about that yesterday but as I read it we won't see much here :-( For
what we will see starting about now

They reckon 25% of the sun will be obscured as seen from Yorkshire, so with
all the cloud we've got, don't think it'll be noticeable here. :(

Seen it now and again here in Cornwall, but mostly obscured by clouds.
Looked like someone had taken a bite out of the bottom edge of the sun :-)
