No TV Card detected

I have just bought a tv stick DVB-T T680
I down loaded the software and did like it asks and went to Device manager
where I was supposed to find :
HID compliant device
USB Human Interface Device
and DVB T- TV stick T680
I USB Human interface device but nothing else.

I presume you mean "I've got USB Human Interface Device" showing in
the Device Manager (in the USB section), but nothing else"?

Sounds like the Drivers for the DVB-T TV Stick may not beInstalled?

BUT...

If the thing is being recognised OK, by the Operating System, but the
Drivers aren't Installed (&/or Loaded), then it *should* show up in
Device Manager, but with a Yellow "!" Exclamation Mark by it.

So, in that case (since it seems you are saying that it isn't even
showing up in Device Manager) then, it might be that it's not Plugged
in (or not Plugged in properly).
Or it may just be duff (as in Brokted, not working)

Yep, tha ttallies with what you are saying, if it's not Plugged in,
not working or Brokted (or also if the Drivers aren't Installed)

So, you need to "Check the Device"!

Have you got another one to try, in it's place?
& can you try it in another PC?

That will tell you wether the prob is the actual Device, or something
else.

I would suggest checking the Device first.
It sounds like it's basically a Hardware prob.

But also make sure that yo uInstalled the Drivers properly.
Cos some USB Devices just don't work (or even show up) at all,
if the Drivers aren't Installed.

The Camer works OK in the port that I,m using - but this TV stick wont light
up - it wont do anything !!!

Try it in another PC & see if it works OK.
Failing that, try another TV Stick in your PC.
