hello all
Just back from Train journey to Vienna, Budapest and Prague - well and
truly knackered.

One of our helpers at Rainbows is just back from that trip too.

Got a lot of photos - many raw to be processed on computer. I am
finding that the raw processing software is of a higher spec. than my
monitor - a CTX something or other.

Look forward to seeing photos when you have some ready

A trawl of the net keeps bringing up Eizo as quality monitors (at
prices to match)
Anybody had experiance of this brand? they appear to carry a 5 year
warranty so presumably they have confidence their manufacturing and
quality control.

It's worthwhile trying to see a monitor in action before you buy - if you
can of course.

Exactly, I have found a demo of Eizo's in London on 19th June near
Euston, will probably attend if I can get there on time.

I like my Sharp 19" monitors (1280x1024) because the text is a decent size
to read. The Sony black screen monitors are excellent too - as long as
they don't pick up reflections.
