Oldrose...
I went to my granddaughter's wedding the other week and thought you might
like a piece of the cake. It was made by her mum, my daughter.

Gareth...
It looks tasty though...

Pam the goose...
Oh, how impressive, Oldrose:)
Your daughter's very good at it, isn't she?
And we can't spoil the view by saying yes please to your offer!!

Good to hear from you. You had us worried as to what had become of you but
brother sorted us out:))
Hope things are going OK for you.

Oldrose...
Thanks she does a great job on cakes.
I'm well thanks, still waiting for my knee replacement but hope it will be
the beginning of December.

Aries...
Good luck for that then OldRose :)

Pam the goose...
Words will be said for you in the hopes we can help get it soon.
They're the sort of ops that are done on the spur of the moment when a space
appears, aren't they?
Or again, the ones that are put off cos they need the space:(
Do so hope it all gets done soon.

Anita...
A lovely cake, and lovely to see you again, Oldrose :)

Oldrose...
Thanks, I don't get here often but maybe later I will.

Aries...
clever and artistic daughter you have there Old Rose, the cake is
beautiful

Oldrose...
;-) She doesn't take after me. She is very artistic.

Aries...
ah but you have other talents :)

kat...
I have a daughter like that too. She's doing a cake decorating course just
now, a Christmas Cake. Not just more artistic - she has more patience!

That's a lovely cake by the way, and I bet it tasted good too.

Rabbit...
That's an artistic talent in it's own right.

jamps...
That is a work of art OR. Beautiful!

Jackie...
Congratulations on your granddaughter's wedding oldrose.
That cake looks really nice.

Tickettyboo...
whoo hoo! , hello there Oldrose :-) Hope things are tickettyboo with you
That's a smashing looking cake, if it tastes as good as it looks , my
plate is by the modem ready and waiting :-)

Oldrose...
Slow progress but getting there.
The cake was fruit on the bottom layer, chocolate sponge with chocolate
cream filling on the next square layer and the top part was all ordinary
sponge with red jam filling. The wedding was in Oakham, Rutland and the
emblem of Rutland is the horseshoe. That explains the top bit.

Foxy at home...
Oh very pretty Oldrose.

May...
your daughter do this for her work ?? And, much as we'd love to say

Tickettyboo...
hmmmm..so now Boo has three plates waiting by the modem :-)

Aries...
gigglefit lol

'yes-please' it seems a shame to cut into into it.... A bit like slashing a
master canvas. But, I expect it had to be cut, didn't it. ???
Not too long to your knee op. now. Wish you all the best. Don't forget to
do your exercises afterwards they are very important.
