In Morissons this week.

Aries...
Don't have a Morisson's near me :(

Splodge...
Nor me, but I'm sure I saw one in Hartlepool lol
Splodge

A very nice Chilean Merlot. Canto De Flora.
"This is a velvety smooth medium bodied Merlot with a slightly spicy
character and mellow flavours reminiscent of plums and blackcurrents"
That went down well last night with a chicken and noodle stir fry. I
might get another half dozen of those.

Cape Heights Reserve South African Pinotage.
"Full of delicious rich blackberry and redcurrent fruit flavours with a
twist of spice in every mouthfull"
Dontcha just love these flowery descriptions.
I haven't tried that one yet, but both are around £3.50 a bottle.

Foxy at w*rk...
Sold lol

JoeH...
Probably "sold *out*" when you get there LOL

David C...
Sounds tasty.

At those prices, I still prefer to buy a case or two in Belgium or
France.......
(There are some advantages to living in the South-East.....)

Thunks, any-one up for a meet cum booze-cruise sometime?

JoeH...

Foxy at w*rk...
Your probably right :-)
As usual, if the time (and price LOL) is right, then count me (us) in

David C....
It's still only a concept, but I do know a quiet Chinese / Indonesian
restaurant just over the Dutch border.

Had a late lunch there eariler this year, with plenty of time for
shopping on the way.

Would help if we could start from the south fairly early in the
morning, best accomplished by us Southerners providing B&B for the
northern contingent, perhaps.

Rabbit...
Is that *Brandy & Babycham* ???:-)

David C....
Could be, but it's a poor substitiue for Cognac & Champagne,...&
Caviar etc ....

David C.

Smokey...
It will be different David ...........keep the idea to the forefront :-))
