OK to me except seems like you've deteriorated from *H* to *h*. :(

Yours? or a borrowed one?
Seems to do what you wanted it to anyway
JoeH...

Interesting I didn't see you message on the Mac I only picked it up
back here on my PC.
As I said elsewhere it's a mates and I need to learn to use it to
teach him.
(Blind leading the blind springs to mind LOL)

Really? Then it's a bit old, or running OS9 or it's in 'Classic' mode.
There is no Outlook Express for Macs anymore.

My grandson had to get windows on his one, Joe - because he needed it for
his homework.
He had a job doing it, but he has been successful - he is not at home at
present so cannot ask him how he did it.
If you want me to I will ask him for you could be about later tonight, or if
not he will be around tomorrow.

I'm not really going to try to do that Anita but thanks anyway. I've
persuaded the chap that he'll be (more than) OK just using it with Mac OS X.

I agree, he will indeed - I do like that model - the keyboard is good too -
I had a play with my grand sons :)

It's quite a neat (and nice) piece of kit
|
Did you have to buy OE or is it bundled?
Joeh...

Errrr.....pass. I'm only getting to grips with it 'cos a friend was given it
by his sister and he asked me how to get Windows XP on it :-) He only wants
a computer to access the net and do a bit of email and if I can sort him
some form of access to the net on this then it'll save him buying a "proper"
PC.
This is the first time I've ever used one and although it's a little strange
I *am* managing. So far I've got it connected to the net through my wired
network and onto the net via my PC as a gateway. So far so good.
Dial-up via it's own modem is tomorrows lesson LOL

Why have a Mac, and install XP???..........me pictures Ray cringing :)

You can't (not natively anyway) but the guy has no knowledge of computers at
all and thought it would be a simple job "because you know all about
