Techie advice please

For some reason I cannot print emails directly from Outlook Express as I
get this message -

Nothing, the same if I click no !

It looks like an HTML email (or attachment) and for some reason errors on
the page seem quite common, don't know why, bad HTML perhaps?
Can you save it and open it in a browser (you will probably get the same
errors).

I don't think so as I get the same message whatever email I want to print
out. I have to copy and paste into notepad before I can print and it's
annoying me :(

Is it from somebody you trust & have you checked it for nasties?

Then your computer is ignoring what you're specifically telling it to do.

This is the problem with a mail client that wants to use Javascript. It's
not necessary and one of the main reasons I don't use OE.

Dialog. Same as I use for news. I only use Thunderbird for mail sorting.

I'd also run a spyware scan, especially if it's happening on every
e-mail. It looks like there's javascript intercepting the print spool.

I've just run a full system scan with Avast and it found four Trojans
:-( ...all of which have now been successfully moved to the chest.
