Morning all
Had a brilliant night at the Daniel O'Donnell show last night. Got a
sore throat from singing!

Well I suppose *somebody* had to actually sing ;-) Sowwy Barb, only joking.
I see Daniel O'Donnell as the Irish ( and younger) Sidney Devine and Sidney
has to take a lot of flak but I admit I once went to one of his concerts and
he put on a great live show.

Unfortunately she had never heard of Sydney Devine (some folk just
haven't lived) Yep I thought he put on a good show when I went to one of

Yes, well *Steak and Kidney* I suppose is more a legend in Scotland.

A sign of a good entertainer, capturing an audience, including me ( and I
couldn't have been the only one) who was dragged there kicking and screaming

Daniel's was a good show and he sang a lot of old songs like Tipperary
and Pack up your Troubles. His Groupies (mostly 80 year olds) screamed
every time he so much as wiggled a leg. In fact we enjoyed the people
watching almost as much as the show

There was a programme on telly a few years ago following one of his tours so
I sort of know what you mean :-)

There were people queuing outside the theatre who would have paid us
double for our tickets just to get in there!

Good Morning all from sunny Scotland, cold out though. Hope you all have a
nice day whatever you are doing.

reservoir yesterday and it is full to overflowing. Those poor folk in the
southeast can have all the rain now, they need it :-)

Been Walter and the BYT here all day, still is. The only slight drawback is
that Arran has some white stuff on her top so there is a slight chill in the
air at the coast but away from the coast it's a lovely warm day, warm enough
for summer never mind spring :-)

Good Morning Mike et al. Lovely and sunny here, but haven't ventured outside
the back door yet.

I currently have a cat on either side of the cat flap, both in their "I'm
not moving" mode. They look so funny.

Good morning Splodge, I hope your cats soon make up their minds, I wonder
who will give way first??

? I'm saying nothing - always changes later in day whatever I say.. Had
early bath -in special bath seat- in the wartime regulation 5 inches of
water. Anyone remember that?? Grief-you must be about my age,then poor
souls.! It's wonderful to see BP Kerfuffles- hereinafter known as
Kerfuffles- back, isn't it?
