Pam the goose...

Foxy at w*rk...
When you step on Pam. Think of stepping on with *all* of the Silversurfers.
It will be easy then :-)

Rabbit...
But Gooses are at home in water and there will probably be a Penguin too so
reckon it's the Rabbit who should be worried. You don't see many of them in

Pam the goose...
'Ang about, what is it you know about this trip that you haven't told me?
The idea is *not* to go in the water, it's the ferry that does that!!

Rabbit...
But it will be cheaper to walk over the water :-)

Pam the goose...
Sandra, I do so love both you and Pingu, and of course, my Gander, but I
don't think we're any of us up to walking on water standard!

Rabbit...
We'll just give you a transfusion of Scots blood ;-)

JoeH...
You're telling me you *pay* people to give blood up there Sandra? ;))

Rabbit...
Scots blood is priceless :-)

JoeH...
But they wouldn't *give* it away. LOL

Pam the goose...
It can't be that that's needed cos you and Gander already possess Scots
blood!!

Rabbit...
And just 'cos you haven't seen us walking on water doesn't mean we can't ;-)

Pam the goose...
Ah, right.

water :-)

I'd already decided that was the way it was going to be, Jen:)
Good idea, isn't it?
First we're trying to cope with the news of Bagpuss.

Then yesterday our favourite neighbour (who lives a few doors away and looks
after Meg if we go away without her) fell on next-door's path and I kept the
sun out of his eyes while Ray tended to him and called 999. As yet we're
waiting for news of him because his wife was still not home when we went to
bed near midnight. Ray's just gone to see how poor John is. A nasty wound on
his left cheek bone could be a problem.

And then the post came today and our long-term friend Helen who lives in
Aberdeen has died. She was a great friend when we lived in Germany and in
the RAF - her husband was on the same shift as Ray - and even though we left
the RAF we kept in touch with Helen. Come to think of it that's 40 years so
you can imagine she's been a good friend.

I'm sorry May came into the calendar this year:(

=?iso-8859-1?Q?=A7ire=DFird?= & $ir Vivor...
Sorry to hear the sad news about your friend and your neighbour whom I
hope will be OK.

May's not been a good month as all. A number of my family seemed to
have decided that May meant spring had sprung so they sprang off to
Heaven.

I found out today that someone from our church collapsed and died at
the wheel of his car last Thursday.

Hugs to you and Gander

Rabbit...
I'm thinking that too, I have a neighbour who probably won't see the end of
May. Hope your neighbour is OK.

Pam the goose...

Splodge...
Oh dear Pam. I'm so sorry about your news, and hope your neighbour will be
OK.
Remember things go in threes - I hope you have no more bad news.

Pam the goose...
Thanks, Splodge:) I hadn't thought about the threes, that's got to be good!

Splodge
You don't realise how some neighbours become real friends till something
happens, do you?

Jackie...
I do hope your neighbour is o.k. I wonder where his Wife had gone!!

Pam the goose...
He is, rather bruised in many places but OK.
She went off in the ambulance with him and it seems they had trouble
stopping the bleeding because he's on Warfarin. They didn't get back home

Jackie...
Glad he is going to be o.k. Pam, good job you found him there!

till midnight.

This month has not been very happy for us either, already been to one
cremation and another one next week,
we also went to one in April, they say things come in threes, lets hope so.

Foxy at w*rk...
Oh Pam such a lot of stress and upset all at once love. I do feel for you.
(((HUG)))

I hope your neigbour is ok. Please let us know

Pam the goose...

Anita...
So sorry to read this, Pam - one of the bad parts of life, unfortunately
:(

Pam the goose...
Thanks, Anita.
But knowing the SilverSurfers makes it bearable.
Bless you, Jen:)

John has a very swollen left side to his face but the bones are intact. He's
home now, I'm pleased to say.
