Is anyone using NTL having problems with
ftp://upload.ntlworld.com
All yesterday and today I'm getting "Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage".
Everything else in 'My Favorites' open OK.

Using a real ftp client, I just connected OK.
I also displayed my home page (url below) OK in Firefox, so

My brother uses NTL and I'm always having to look at their status page
for him, so I have it bookmarked. ;-)

I very rarely have any problems with NTL. They were very prompt last week

Full details on how to un-install IE7 available from Microsoft,

when I complained that I was continually losing connection and the speeds
were down.
They were here within 24 hours to replace my old modem.

The engineer took one look at the old modem & said it needed replacing 'cos
it couldn't cope with all the 'oomph' that now comes down the cable. He had
one in his van & replaced it immediately.
Connection & speed much better now.
The number for NTL customers technical faults is 150
