And another query

When I boot up I get a message:-

CTSysVol.exe.
Has encountered a problem and needs to close...........
Send error report Don't send

Can anyone help please?

Don't waste your time sending a report to MS :-)

It's the volume control for a Creative Labs audio card according to
web-search. Are you having any problems with sound?

Have added a new headset today - did have some trouble with audio but have
got that sorted out now. Perhaps this is something to do with that.

If it continues to be a problem it may be worth re-installing the drivers
for the sound card.
