Why the *hell* are you still with them!?

Because I am more than happy with the service I get at the price I pay. I
am currently connected at 8128/448 kbps and my last speed test with Plus
Net showed speed achieved of 6420 kbps.

Yesterday's outage was not their fault but was caused by power supply
problems at Telehouse.
The e-mail loss is to be regretted but it was caused by human error and the
person who says he has never made a mistake is a liar.

Why do people feel the need to get all worked up about an isp? If the
service is ok ( as it is for me) use them, if not, use someone else. But
going on some sort of campaign is way ott.

Bettter the devil you know and I don't have any complaints that I couldn't
find with another ISP using BT.

They're one of the worst (if not THE worst) ISPs out there at the
moment.

Have you tried *all* the others and are therefore basing this statement on
experience or have you some axe to grind with Plus Net?

Very important that * at the moment* bit. Next week it could be (and
probably will be) a different ISP claiming that title.

Request your MAC and move on!

No! But you can rest assured that if I ever do get poor service from Plus
Net I will consider taking your advice.

world about it first.
