I have done it ..............

Am now on wireless broadband connection - have got my laptop up and
running on it too - so Ron can have fun.
Have to say a big thank you to pmj and other techies - because, to be
honest I saved and studied the posts that were made so that I could
'have a go' myself :)
Now Ron can go on the internet to enjoy his jazz and aircraft :)

your printer to be shared on the network as well? Or maybe you don't need
to but I find it a real boon :)

Well, my laptop has it's own printer so will leave it like that for
now:)

I see :) But as far as I'm concerned, and very useful it is too, is the
fact that I can take my laptop anywhere in the house or garden and still
print from the printer upstairs in my office room :) No strings, erm
wires, attached LOL

hooked? Now if it was jazz yes, computers?? not sure - but I do want
him to have a go at it and he seems to want it too now. Taken 5 years
