Now does this imply that PN Customer Service has improved, or that most of
the unhappiest customers have now left?

or that most plusnet users are so fed up of the moaning and grumping, they
have stopped checking the group ? As far as I can tell, it was set up as a
feedback group, its turned into who can make the most sarcastic post
group/ who can shout the loudest that they are going to leave ( but still
keep on posting the rubbish). Not terribly constructive. Never any wonder
the PN staff don't answer too often.

They answered my posts with informative and eventually effective posts ᧧,
but then I didn't go in for too much carping. OK I had the occasional
grumble, but didn't act like a dog with a bone.


Rabbit...
Could be they have just given up 'cos so few Plusnet staff monitor the group
and those who do actually do it in their own time.
