Wet and mild(!) outside with temperatures already into double figures. What
a difference a day makes :-)

The overnight snow has now turned to rain.

Rain all night here in the Forest, and still p**dling. The only sign of cold
are lumps of ice on the lawn, removed from bird-baths over the last few
days!

No snow here, yet. A few flakes came down last night but not enough to
settle.

Certainly does. Between putting the frost guard on the car windscreen last
night with the temp at -2.5°C and getting up this morning, we had another
snowfall then gallons and gallons of rain. Temperature hasn't yet reached
4°C but almost all the snow had been washed away. Still raing quite
heavily too, not stopped all morning.

Sometime between midnight and 2am we had snow about half an inch, it looked
lovely in the sodium lights. The sky looked like it contained some more but
it turned out to have been rain. You wouldn't even know this morning that
there had been any snow at all, not a flake to be seen. It's wet and grey, a
bit damp in the air but milder than it looks.

Good Morning all, It's still a winter wonderland in this part of Scotland,
but it does look nice if you don't have to go out in it.

Morning Mike !! looks very very cold out had some more snow not much just a
covering but it's covering the last lot which makes it dangerous .
But have a lovely day and hope the chest is better ;-))))

Yesterday the frost never cleared and in the afternoon we had about half an
inch of snow. It rained during the night and it's all clear now.

Good morning Mike and everyone. Gosh what a difference - looked out
expecting to still see the snow but it has all gone, every bit, very wet out
there and a strong wind. Del-boy took one sniff of the air and ran back in,
either because the snow had gone or he felt the wind (which he does not
like). Nice to see it all green out there again.

We have had pouring rain and very strong winds, Ted went out and said it is
very cold too.
I don't think Delboy liked the snow, just puzzled I think to see the grass
again.
